Who holds your data

ApprovalBird is a product of Kilij Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17303528, based in Colchester, United Kingdom. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under reference ZC183393. Contact hello@approvalbird.app about anything on this page.

What this site collects

If you join the waiting list we store four things: your email address, the client-count band you chose, whether you said your writers use Google Docs, and whether you said your team uses Slack. We also store the date you joined.

We do not store your IP address. This site sets no cookies, uses no local storage, and loads nothing from any other company's servers. There is no analytics script. Our host, Cloudflare, counts requests on its own side as part of serving the site.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Consent. You gave it by submitting the form, and you can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

Until the product opens to you and you decide either way, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If the product is never built we will delete the list and tell you we have.

Who we share it with

Nobody. It is not sold, rented, or passed to any other company. It sits in a database run by Cloudflare, who host this site and act as our processor.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@approvalbird.app and we will do it within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we handle it you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
